Delivery - UK Mainland

The estimated delivery time is the time taken for the items to be packed despatched and delivered to your door. Many of our products are sourced and delivered from multiple suppliers and locations. There is a chance your order will be delivered in separate parcels and the delivery time and cost could vary depending on the nature of your order. You will be made aware of the exact delivery charge during checkout.

We select the most appropriate service based on weight size and value. If you have special delivery requirements please get in touch at delivery@choicegardening.co.uk

Delivery methods

We use a variety of delivery carriers to get your goods to you as fast as possible including Parcel Force and Royal mail. Parcel Force offer a 24 and 48hr guaranteed delivery service and Royal Mail can usually dispatch the next day (excluding Sundays) using their first class service across the UK.

Whilst every effort is made to get your delivery to you as quick as possible please remember that delivery times are estimated. Sometimes goods take a little longer to reach their destinations especially around Christmas and holiday periods. In these periods please be patient but if you havent received your goods within a few days after the specified delivery period please contact us at delivery@choicegardening.co.uk. We will then track down your order and get straight back to you.

Free Delivery

Delivery is FREE for orders over £40 to most of the United Kingdom. Free deliveries are sent using our Standard (1 to 4 working day) delivery service. Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only we can ship products outside of the UK only by prior arrangement. Goods that are shipped direct from our suppliers such as Furniture and Aggregates are usually free delivery unless special delivery is required and if that service is available.

We cannot offer free delivery to remote areas; this includes some areas of Scotland Northern Ireland Isle of Man and the Channel Isles. We are currently unable to provide fixed delivery charges for these areas so please get in touch if you wish to ask about shipping to these locations please email delivery@choicegardening.co.uk. or check your postcode with those listed here: IV HS KA27-28 KW PA20-49 PA60-78,PH17-26 PH30-44 PH49-60 ZE,BT IM TR21-25 Please note that deliveries to area under AB postcodes are on a 48 hour service. This is imposed by the courier. When you select a product you will be presented with a list of carriage charges for that item.

Standard delivery

Orders under £40 will be subject to a maximum delivery charge of £3.99 and are subject to the same delivery time scale of 1 to 4 days. Seeds will have a smaller charge of £1.99 per order

Heavy Bulky Items
Items over 25kg will be subject to an additional charge of £29.99 for standard delivery unless it is stated FREE DELIVERY on the item

Tracking Your Parcel

Depending on how your parcel was send you can use the following links to track your parcel. Your tracking number and info on the service used should be included in the confirmation email sent to you the day your parcel leaves us.

Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order so if you are unhappy or have just changed your mind then you can return the goods within 28 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. If you are sending these goods back because you have just changed your mind then they must be in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. sealed and in the original packaging. Items that have been broken out of their packaging render them unsalable and a refund cannot be given.
We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order or the goods are faulty. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely in original packaging and send to the address below:

What if I miss my delivery?

If you missed your delivery don't worry! The driver will leave small parcels under 10kg at your local post office which you can collect at your convenience any parcels over 10kg or bulky items will be available for collection at you nearest Parcel force Worldwide depot. If you have misplaced your card you can find the where your package is by checking you tracking information then simply match the name of the post office from your tracking information with the list of post offices on the Parcelforce Worldwide website after you have entered your postcode.
