The gentle heat from the base warms through the compost and evenly starts stimulating germination and rooting inside the chamber. This heated propagator has a built-in thermostat which maintains soil temperature between 18oC – 23oC. The Warm air is trapped under the clear plastic cover to maintain a moist greenhouse like atmosphere, it also helps protect your young plants from any draughts and drying out.
